As well as being Registered General Nurses, the team are also registered members of BACN (British Association Of Cosmetic Nurses), ACE (Aesthetic Complications Expert Group), and SaveFace (Government approved register for Accredited Practitioners)
Antoinette Wallace (Toni)
Toni qualified as a nurse a long time ago (1991!) in Kent. She has since worked in most acute areas of nursing (A+E, theatre and critical care) and holds a BSc(hons) in Pain Management. She is a specialist nurse practitioner in critical care and worked until recently at a local NHS hospital as an anaesthesia associate. Toni completed her aesthetics training in 2019 with the prestigious Derma Medical and has undertaken further advanced training subsequently. She has practiced aesthetics alongside her NHS role since then.
Toni is a nurse prescriber and is passionate about patient care and making the very best of yourself in the most natural way. She believes it’s about enhancing what you’ve got rather than changing it.
We are members of The British Association of Cosmetic Nurses (soon to be changing its name to The British Association of Medical Aesthetic Nurses). This is the largest professional association for nurses carrying out medical aesthetics treatments in the UK. The BACN members operate under a strict code of conduct in order to ensure safety across all treatments undertaken by its members.
We also have ACE (Aesthetics Complications Expert) membership. ACE Group World helps improve patient safety in medical aesthetics by producing evidence-based, peer reviewed guidelines for the management of a wide variety of complications.

Kellie Cooke (Kels)
(‘Kels’) is a Registered General Nurse and holds an advanced diploma in clinical nursing. She qualified in 2007 and is an experienced scrub-nurse as well as having extensive management experience in healthcare. Kels works within the NHS at our local hospital and latterly The Winterbourne Hospital.
At the Winterbourne Hospital she embraced her love for advanced aesthetics and expanded her knowledge and experience in plastic and cosmetic surgery, scrubbing for different operations such as face lifts, breast augmentation and abdominal surgery. Kels retains strong links with her surgical colleagues and is passionate about blending her medical expertise with her keen eye for beauty and detail.
Kels has a strong commitment to patient care and well-being is evident in her approach to aesthetics. She strives to enhance natural beauty through safe and effective treatments and has a comprehensive understanding of human anatomy and a truly compassionate manner.

Stephanie Weekes (Steph)
Stephanie Weekes (Steph) qualified as a Registered General Nurse in 2014. Steph started her career as an elderly-care nurse in Bristol before moving into emergency medicine for a further 4 years. She then went into community “Rapid Response” care in South Bristol before returning to her roots in Dorset and securing a job at The Winterbourne Hospital alongside her sister. Steph trained in aesthetics in 2020 at Derma Institute.
There’s no doubt that Steph loves emergency medicine but combines this seamlessly with her passion for aesthetics and especially holistic therapies. She holds Advanced Life Support resuscitation certification. Steph also works at a local hospital as an adult general nurse and is also trained in recovery after anaesthesia.
